How do I reinstall or upgrade my service?

The answer depends upon whether Internet Protection Service is still on your computer, or it has been removed.

INTERNET SAFETY KIT IS STILL ON YOUR COMPUTER

  1. Double click the Light Bulb Icon in the system tray. Lower right beside the time.
  2. The Control Center Should Open
  3. Enter your e-mail address & password
  4. Select the MANAGE option in left handed menu; click the UPGRADE or REINSTALL button.
  5. A Web Site then should Open in your browser
  6. There should be a link to dwonload the new software, click the link.

INTERNET PROTECTION SERVICE IS NO LONGER ON YOUR COMPUTER

  1. Use these instructions if you have formatted your hard drive, purchased a new computer, or need to install a sub-account on different computer.
  2. Go to www.myisk.com
  3. Click the MY ACCOUNT, in left handed menu
  4. Enter Username ID & Password
  5. Sign-in, then select GENERAL > ACCOUNTS > LIST ACCOUNT(s) from the MY ACCOUNT menu.
  6. Click the DOWNLOAD button in line with the appropriate service account.
  7. Click OPEN to download and run the service.
  8. Please note, it's best to uninstall your service prior to the sale or transfer of your computer. If not, the recipient will not be able to access the Internet, and most likely will not have the password to remove the service
